The goals of the course are to teach the skills for reducing one’s anger and anxiety and consequently improving one’s life satisfaction and health. Shani is a licensed Psychologist, the author of numerous scientific journal articles and book chapters; he has given presentations on these topics worldwide. He is a Core Residential Faculty at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology , clinical director of the VR Medical Center in Palo Alto, CA, and is a member of Integrated Healing Arts, also in Palo Alto.
